The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with one to follow at Lingfield
Anthony Van Dyck comes out miles ahead of anything on ratings but I'm not at all convinced he will stay and you have to take him on at the prices. Cap Francais, who ran well on his return, is the most likely winner but there's not much juice in his price either, which leaves me with the Mark Johnston-trained Themaxwecan as the bet in the race. A rather cheap purchase as a yearling, Themaxwecan won his first two career races impressively before bumping into the smart Technician (didn't run his race at Chester) when last seen at Leicester. Connections were disappointed Themaxwecan lost that day and although he has to prove himself on the ground, stamina isn't an issue and I'm convinced he will put in a good showing at around 14-1.
