The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tips on Friday afternoon
Frustrating sort who took 15 attempts to get off the mark but ran well in defeat on several occasions beforehand, including when being chinned on the line in a mile handicap at Kempton back in October. Seemed to be suited by the step up to a mile and a quarter last time, though, and came through with a withering run to beat Voi with plenty in hand despite meeting some trouble in the straight. Only up 3lb for that effort and remains unexposed over this trip, so has to be strongly considered if being able to get across from stall 12.
Enry Iggins(2.00 Huntingdon)
Former point winner who never featured on his first two starts under rules for Robert Walford in hot maiden hurdles at Chepstow and Ascot, before running on encouragingly on his final start in novice company when sixth of 16 at Hereford. Had three weeks off after that and was smashed up in the market (4-1 from 12) on handicap debut at the same track, where he completely tore apart a weak field to win by 12 lengths with a strong-staying effort. Travelled well that day and looked miles ahead of his mark, so a 12lb rise isn't surprising, and he remains a horse of interest under these conditions for his shrewd trainer.
