The Punt Daily: Robbie Wilders' free horse racing tip at Dundalk on Friday
Mick Halford-trained runners are always worth a second look at Dundalk and Feminism can land the mile maiden for the yard. This well-bred Shamardal filly was unlucky not to win a 17-runner maiden at the Curragh two starts ago before finishing down the field in a course-and-distance maiden at Irish Flat HQ when sent off the 9-4 favourite. She was reported to be ‘clinically abnormal’ after the contest and is worth another chance to build on the promise of her previous start. Running up to a figure in the 80s, which she looks more than capable of, should be enough to score here after a layoff. Switching to the all-weather surface Halford’s horses seem to thrive on may prove the key.
