The Punt Daily: Maddy Playle with three to follow on Sunday
Present Man(5.20 Kempton)
A Grade 2 winner over fences last season, Present Manlooks difficult to oppose back over hurdles. This tough seven-year-old is officially 7lb worse over the smaller obstacles, but should simply be too classy for these rivals under these conditions over what looks his optimum trip. Fourth when last seen at this track in the Kauto Star Novices'Chase, Bryony Frost's 5lb claim is another positive.
Land League(2.40 Kempton)
He doesn't look obviously well-handicapped, but I've been waiting a while to see point-to-point winner Land League over fences and today marks his first attempt. Stuart Edmund's strapping six-year-old proved his well-being two starts ago when beating Saint Contest by nine lengths at Bangor, and I think he can outrun his odds.
Ice Breeze(3.25 Saint-Cloud)
On all known form Vazirabad, who is bidding for a record-breaking third win in the Prix Royal-Oak, will be tough to beat but Ice Breeze is a very compelling alternative. The colt, who showed enough ability to beat subsequent Grand Prix de Paris winner Shakeel in the Prix Hocquart earlier this season, took the step up to 1m7f in his stride last time and receives 8lb from his elders.
