Lingfield Placepot tips: Graeme Rodway has a 16-line perm for the Surrey track

Lingfield takes centre stage for the afternoon action so let’s play the Placepot there.

Cozone has finished in the first three in nine of his 13 starts and the consistent four-year-old must be included in the opening 1m4f handicap (2.10). Chai Yo Power is the best alternative.

Cafe Milano has solid course-and-distance form and holds each-way claims in the 1m2f selling handicap (2.40). It’s a wide-open race, so put Bagatelle into the perm as well.

Cliffs Of Freedom had some fair form in Ireland last season and could run well on his debut for Robyn Brisland in the 7½f handicap (3.10). Aweemaweh looks the best back-up.

Progressive three-year-old Motawaajed is banker material in the 7½f classified race (3.40).

Madame Marmalade ran well over course and distance on her debut last month and could place in the 7f nursery (4.10). Mayfair Stroll is also worth including now stepped up to 7f.

Epsom Faithfull handles quick turf well and rates banker material in the 6f handicap (4.40).
