The Punt Daily: Tom Collins' free horse racing tip on Tuesday afternoon
EYECATCHER
Wor Willie(3.45 Beverley)
Michael Dods is yet to hit full stride with his runners this term (1-33 in the last 14 days) but I won't let that stop me backing Wor Willie now that he has been stepped up in trip after three highly encouraging runs over 7f (twice) and a mile. Being by 1m2f winner Mukhadram, out of a mare whose career-best performance came over 1m4f, Wor Willie clearly found his first three tests a bit sharp. He has started slowly on each occasion but plugged on well in the closing stages and finished third three times. There is every chance he could make his mark of 69 look lenient over this trip and he's fancied to reverse the form with recent foe Villeurbanne.
