Maxios gelding who bolted up on his sole French start before switching to Gordon Elliott's yard. His reputation went before him in three-year-old hurdles at the end of last year, winning by wide margins at prohibitive odds of 1-2 and 1-16, and should be able to retain his unbeaten streak despite being dramatically upped in class here. His main market rival, Youmdor, is clearly a classy type but doesn't jump overly fluently and in Quilixious he faces a horse with unlimited potential.
