The Punt Daily: Robbie Wilders' free horse racing tip at Leopardstown on Sunday

EACH-WAY PLAY

Eclair De Beaufeu (2.20 Leopardsown)

I thought Eclair De Beaufeu would have gone close to collecting at 8-1 when falling two out off a reduced hurdles mark last time and he deserves another chance in the 2m handicap hurdle at Leopardstown. Clearly it is a worry he has fallen on his last two starts but he is generally a sound jumper who is 18lb lower in this sphere. That uncertainty is the catalyst for a better price about him and the 16-1 betting forecast makes great appeal with plenty of firms offering five places. He has gone well in big fields in the past, finishing a fine second to stablemate Chosen Mate in the Grand Annual off 149 and he is patently well treated off 135 continuing over hurdles. If he is able to keep himself out of trouble he must go close under 7lb claimer Jack Wildman.
