This three-year-old shaped better than the bare result when fifth at Leicester over 1m2f recently and looks overpriced for this evening's assignment. The form from Leicester, where Realist made notable headway before his effort petered out in the final furlong, has been given a significant boost with winner Surefire landing the King George V Stakes at Royal Ascot this week. The drop back to a mile looks a good move, ground conditions will be fine, trainer Michael Bell is in decent form and he drops from what looked a strong 0-85 handicap to a standard 0-80. He looks to have a solid chance.
