Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's six meetings

Fancies from Bath, Kempton, Musselburgh, Tipperary, Thirsk and Worcester

Wednesday's day's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Bath

7.50: Tribuna Uffizi

Miss Sligo and Uther Pendragon have made the running but they will not want to set the race up for Tribuna Uffizi who was undone by the lack of pace when only narrowly failing at Leicester recently. The latter has the least to prove in this field, however, so still gets the vote ahead of Miss Sligo. Cavendish has yet to make a serious mark in handicaps but has dropped in the weights and is having only his second run at 1m4f.
Emily Weber

Kempton

6.30: Dubai Welcome

The most likely outcome is probably a win for Dubai Welcome, who has thoroughly proved himself at this track despite having had such a light career. Findono is feared most as a lightly raced handicap debutant, although Nao Da Mais and Year Of The Dragon have recent AW seconds which put them in with a shout.
Richard Austen

Naps table: daily tipping selections from national newspaper experts

Musselburgh

3.50: Poet's Dawn

This is a significant drop in grade for Poet's Dawn, who hasn't been at his best this season but was a close third in a competitive Class 4 race at Carlisle a week ago and remains very well handicapped. He won't mind what the weather does here. Far From a Ruby comes here after two good efforts at Ayr and is second choice, ahead of Irv and Shine On Brendan.
Chris Wilson

Tipperary

7.40: Must Be Dreaming

Must Be Dreaming has thrived for the Ahern team and is hard to oppose back on the Flat. Beer With The Boys will likely try to dictate under Browne McMonagle. Rock Ya Boy Ya looks well-treated.
Johnny Ward

Thirsk

2.20: Photograph

Recent Chepstow winner Breckland has sound claims off a 4lb higher mark, although Maylah, sixth that day, has realistic prospects of turning the tables on these more favourable terms. Ready preference, though, is for the well-treated Photograph, who showed clear signs of a return to form over 1m2f last time and should be much happier now back at a mile. Copperline is better than he showed at Hamilton and may prove the main danger.
Keith McHugh

Worcester

1.30: The Big Sting

Plenty of these make appeal but it's hard to escape the claims of The Big Sting on his chasing debut. He needs to prove himself over regulation fences but a mark of 90 will prove no problem if he does. Fellow chasing newcomer Jersey is feared most, ahead of Ballymilan.
Jonathan Neesom
