Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's six meetings
Selections from Bath, Catterick, Lingfield, Naas, Leicester and Sandown
Wednesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team
Bath
2.00: Contingency Fee
Suns Up Guns Up could have more of a say again now that he's back on a sound surface but Contingency Fee is in a rich vein of form and the manner of his latest success suggests that he may well be up to defying his penalty and adding another win. Lady Elysia is feared most.
Jonathan Doidge
Catterick
5.00: Motawaazy
Monday's Beverley winner Shackabooah, recent C&D scoorer Mr Strutter and the well-handicapped Ice Age are each worth consideration but ready preference is for the in-form and progressive Motawaazy, who is 2-2 over C&D this season and can defy another rise in the weights. Shackabooah may pose the biggest threat.
Keith McHugh
Lingfield
3.10: Malvern
Following a step back in the right direction last time, the well-handicapped Malvern gets the vote in first-time blinkers. Legende D'Art (second choice) and Internationalangel appeal most of the others.
Richard O'Brien

Naas
8.00: Kosman
Johnny Murtagh's yard are flying and the progressive Kosman appeals most having posted career best efforts on his last two runs.
Johnny Ward
Leicester
7.15: Glencora
While Blue Medici and Grain Of Sense are contenders on form, both have done most of their recent racing over further and it remains to be seen if they can still be competitive over this sort of trip. However, there are no such issues with Glencora for whom the return to this sort of distance on quick ground should be ideal.
David Bellingham
Sandown
6.00: C'Mon Kenny
Competitive for the grade. Bumper winner C'Mon Kenny can improve for this step up in trip on his handicap debut and is the selection ahead of Coverham, another likely to be suited by this longer trip. Hashtagmetoo is next on the list.
Ben Hutton
