This could be tactical and Nero Rock would be dangerous with an easy lead, but it's difficult to desert Tokay Dokey after his easy Market Rasen win and he's taken to follow up despite a steep rise in the weights. Xcitations and Golden Boy Grey are feared most, in that order.

If ready to go on his first start since May Knockout Blow could go well off what looks a favourable mark, while Big Time Maybe has been running well enough here to suggest he can play a part. However, this looks good for Pablo Del Pueblo who has run well in all three starts since winning over course and distance in November and remains unexposed.

Archie Watson's pair Stone Soldier and Mehmento were both smart operators on the Fibresand here so it will be interesting to see how they adapt to the new surface. Eagleway won well over course and distance last week and is considered but Edraak can continue on his upward curve. His Kempton win last month was a cracking effort and he lost little in defeat in a race that didn't play to his strengths last time.
