Nap of the day: best horse racing tips for the day's four meetings

Wednesday's best bets from the Racing Post's unbeatable Spotlights team

Dundalk

3.50: Elzaamsan

This looks like a good opportunity for Elzaamsan (nap) to get off the mark. The form of his latest second has been boosted since and he sets a solid standard for his rivals to aim at. Razdan and Seattle Creek can battle it out for the places.
Phill Anderson

Newbury

1.50: Amarillo Sky

We may not have seen the best of Light N Strike yet and he's respected under Jack Wildman, but he meets a very solid opponent in Amarillo Sky(nap) and Colin Tizzard's 6yo looks the one to beat. Benny's Bridge has come to chasing relatively late but would be dangerous if building on his recent third at Doncaster.
Richard O'Brien

Plumpton

3.10: Dynamite Kentucky

This revolves around Dynamite Kentucky(nap), who won with something to spare in first-time blinkers at Exeter last Tuesday and escapes a penalty today. He'll be tough to beat if the headgear works as well a second time. Lavorante, who was second to Jonbon in a 3m point, is an intriguing contender now up in distance on his handicap debut and he's feared most, ahead of the consistent Henschke.
Ben Hutton

Southwell

5.35: Lucayan

The cheekpieces keep continuing to deliver for Lucayan(nap), winner in that headgear for the fourth time out of four when taking a class 5 handicap at the first attempt over C&D ten days ago. Capable of winning having chased the leader as well as being held up, this smaller-field affair shouldn't present the Parr filly with any insuperable tactical challenges. Mawkeb, still only five career starts in, is next preferred.
