GOOD THING

Mossy's Lodge(7.15 Newcastle)

Not a prolific scorer by any means, but has got his act together recently for trainer Rebecca Menzies and fairly flew home when scoring over this course and distance eight days ago. He beat the reopposing Cadeaux Boxer quite comfortably in the end that day, despite his foe travelling much better throughout, and the fact Paula Muir has been booked means he's allowed to run off 1lb lower. He should confirm the form if getting a strong pace to run at.

IRISH ANGLE

Guanabara Bay (7.00 Dundalk)

Ado McGuinness's five-year-old loves it here at Dundalk and has caught the eye the last twice when finishing well to grab place money. Although he's drawn wide today, he had the same draw last time out and looked unlucky not to take the prize after racing keenly in the early stages. Left on the same mark of 60, he is handicapped to win a race like this.
