The Punt Daily: Tom Collins with three to follow on Saturday

BANKER

Addeybb(2.45 Lingfield)

By far the best horse in this Listed race (10lb clear on the ratings) and although he has to prove that he handles the all-weather, Addeybb looks the most solid bet on what is a pretty good day of racing. William Haggas's runners are ending the season on a fine note and jockey James Doyle, who rode his 150th winner of the year this week, is a positive booking.

GOOD THING

Rather Be(2.25 Cheltenham)

Nicky Henderson's unexposed chaser has been the talking horse ahead of the feature BetVictor Gold Cup for a long time now and, to me, it's justified. He boasts an incredible record fresh (won four times from six reappearance runs on the back of a break) and has gone well at Cheltenham in the past. He has a handy swing in the weights with Mister Whitaker, which should help him reverse the form, and aside from Kalondra, he shouldn't have too many dangers.

DARK HORSE

Anteros (3.00 Cheltenham)

Sophie Leech targets Anteros at this race each year (winner in 2016 and second last year behind the useful Thomas Campbell) and he will strip fitter than most after two pipe-openers at Newton Abbot and Plumpton. The better ground will suit him and the booking of Sean Houlihan rates a plus considering he has been partnered by an amateur the last twice. Watch out for him tanking down the hill approaching the straight.
