Sweetspots: It rains Hexham winners for Hobbs so get your Macs
Philip Hobbs doesn’t send horses to Hexham lightly. He is 4-5 at the course, so Arthur Mac (1.40) and Little Rory Mac (5.10) should go well.

Samphire Coast is 5-13 (including three seconds) at Chelmsford and although he is off a career-high mark after his fifth course-and-distance win last time, the way he travelled and put that race to bed bodes well for his chance in the 7.45.
Court Minstrel (Chepstow 4.45) has been badly out of form since winning this last year, but is 11lb lower as a result. As he also landed this valuable prize in 2015, this will surely have been the aim for some time.
