Sweetspots: Choose the correct path with King novice on return

Buzz has been in decent form on soft ground in his last couple of starts and returns to Kempton (6.00), where he is unbeaten in three previous outings. The Hughie Morrison-trained four-year-old could be too classy for his rivals.

Love The Leader was an easy winner over hurdles on Thursday and returns to fences at Hereford (3.20) off a 2lb lower mark. Trainer Johnny Farrelly has a striking 40 per cent success-rate with winners returning within seven days.

The Alan King-trained Chosen Path returns to action at Plumpton (1.00) for his novice chase debut. He was a useful hurdler last winter and won after a 237-day break last October.
