Newmarket: David Milnes

Collide (6.30 Carlisle, nap)

The Frankel colt won impressively on his last foray north when he scored by nine lengths at Hamilton. Hugo Palmer's three-year-old was not stopping and has since moved well on Warren Hill.

Others to follow
Haydock: 2.10 Magical Sight, 2.40 San Donato, 3.10 Waldstern, 3.40 Fondest, 4.10 Speculative Bid, 4.40 Huge Future.

Chelmsford: 5.40 With Envy, 6.10 Storm Shelter, 6.45 Comporta, 7.15 Qawamees, 7.45 Enbihaar, 8.15 Volcanic Sky, 8.45 Flying Foxy.
Carlisle: 7.30 Reassurance

North: Colin Russell

Ventura Secret (7.00 Carlisle, nap)

Yet to win for current yard but ran well when third over an inadequate 6f on his latest start. That form is rock-solid and, up in trip at a course where he has a fine record, he is fancied to get off the mark for the year.

Others to follow
Carlisle: 4.25 Warrior's Spirit, 4.55 Tobeeornotobee, 5.30 Northern Lyte, 6.00 Scenery, 6.30 Thiobraid Arann, 7.30 Maghfoor.
Chelmsford: 5.40 Sparklealot, 6.10 Singe Du Nord, 6.45 Mr Potter, 7.15 Tight Lines, 8.45 Lady Willpower.

Lambourn: James Burn

Come On Leicester (4.20 Salisbury, nap)

Useful filly has some smart form and can give trainer Richard Hannon – who appears to mean business by booking Ryan Moore to ride – consecutive wins in this.

Others to follow
Chelmsford: 5.40 More Than Likely, 6.45 Udogo, 7.15 Fresh Terms.
Haydock: 2.40 Punjab Mail, 4.10 Ultimate Avenue, 4.40 Magellan.
Salisbury: 1.50 Fortune And Glory, 2.20 Cap Francais, 3.50 Gatria, 4.50 Poet's Vanity, 5.20 Past Master.

West Country: Andrew King

Sweet Pursuit (4.50 Salisbury, nap)

Has been in cracking form over the summer and she remains in great heart so another good run is expected.

Others to follow
Salisbury: 5.20 Zillion
Sedgefield: 2.30 Green Or Black

Racing Post Ratings: Paul Curtis

Sinfonietta (3.40 Haydock)

Goes well fresh and looks worth chancing on this drop in grade at a track that should suit his prominent run style.

Topspeed: Dave Edwards

Sonnet Rose (8.45 Chelmsford)

Has never run over this 6f trip but was a convincing winner over a furlong further here on Saturday and can again make her presence felt.

Longshot: Olly Eden

First Thought (6.10 Chelmsford)

Possibly vulnerable to lightly raced improvers, but encouraging that best race to date was at this track. Dropping in class, it will be disappointing if this expensive purchase from a powerful yard is not competitive having eased 5lb since starting out in handicaps.

Ireland: Tony O'Hehir

My Good Brother (6.15 Laytown)

The Tom McCourt-trained nine-year-old, who is bidding for the eleventh win of his career, is a Polytrack specialist and has also shown good form on the beach where he was a course-and-distance winner two years ago. He also finished second at the meeting last year and performed well on his most recent start when runner-up at Dundalk last month.

The Raceform Interactive nugget

Laytown is very much a specialist track so previous course winners can hold an advantage. Togoville (5.45) has raced at Laytown only once before, in 2014, and he won.
