The Roger Varian-trained youngster has always worked like a nice prospect at home and is expected to make it third time lucky back in trip.
He was probably the best prospect in his field last time and should be able to defy this mark. He took an age to wind up from an unpromising position before finishing strongly at Goodwood. He's one to be interested in and should make athree-year-old.

Flop last time can be put down to ground (never at best on soft/heavy) and his previous second on the Shergar Cup card reads well now.
Cracking Name(2.30 Listowel)

Alligator Alley(3.45 Doncaster)
Major improvement since dropped to 5f and he's now 2-3 at the trip, with both wins on fast ground. He did well to justify favouritism in York Listed race most recently (hampered leaving stalls, came from a long way back), atoning for his rather unlucky second in the Molecomb the time before; should have more to offer and warrants plenty of respect.

Ran with credit in big Royal Ascot handicap before scoring over 7f at Newmarket. In the frame last time out at Chelmsford and could well step up in Group company with Frankie Dettori booked.
