Strike! Ninepin Bowler set to knock down Hamilton rivals for in-form Duffield

Charlie Appleby could have another winner on the July Course
NewmarketCredit: Edward Whitaker

Newmarket: David Milnes

Gorgeous Noora (8.15 Newmarket, nap)

May have had too much use made of her when disappointing over course and distance last time. Luca Cumani's filly has since impressed on the watered gallop.

Others to follow
Newbury 2.00 Sheriffmuir, 2.30 Magnetic Charm, 3.05 Saving Grace, 4.40 Gendun, 5.10 Afluence.

Hamilton 8.55 Take A Turn.
Pontefract 6.30 Hot Team, 7.00 Mobham.

North: Colin Russell

Classic Seniority (7.20 Hamilton, nap)

Won this race in fine style 12 months ago and is now on a 3lb lower mark. Yet to win this season but two solid runs on his last two starts, including over course and distance, and fancied to give another good account.

Others to follow
Hamilton 5.45 Jacob Black, 6.20 Serengeti Song, 6.50 Mujassam, 7.55 Austrian School, 8.25 Thorntoun Care, 8.55 Here In The Dark.

Lambourn: James Burn

Showout (6.20 Hamilton, nap)

Went close when well backed on his debut, so should be hard to stop with normal improvement from that, while trainer Archie Watson has his two-year-old team in fine form.

Others to follow
Hamilton 7.20 Mobsta, 7.55 Raymond Tusk.
Haydock 2.40 Cloak And Dagger, 3.15 Lethal Lunch.
Newbury 2.00 Numero Uno, 2.30 Gallovie, 3.05 Di Alta, 3.35 Chuck Willis, 4.10 Nathan, 4.40 Tai Sing Yeh, 5.10 Swot.

Nottingham 2.55 Prince Ahwahnee.
Pontefract 8.05 Qassem.

West Country: Andrew King

Hawridge Flyer (4.10 Newbury, nap)

Has not always looked the easiest to win with but things could well pan out in his favour in this small-field contest.

Racing Post Ratings: Sam Walker

Signore Piccolo (3.45 Haydock)

Disappointing on the all-weather last time but bits of promise on recent turf starts. Remains well treated judged on last year's form and return to grass should help.

Topspeed: Dave Edwards

Royal Residence (3.15 Haydock)

Pulled well clear of the pack when chasing home a well-handicapped and improving sprinter here eight weeks ago and can get on the scoresheet from the foot of the handicap.

Longshot: Olly Eden

Ninepin Bowler (8.55 Hamilton)

Ann Duffield has been among the winners and this lightly raced gelding ran creditably on his seasonal reappearance last month. He is entitled to improve for the run and may be worthy of consideration off a potentially lenient handicap mark.

Ireland: Tony O'Hehir

Mr Boss Man (8.30 Kilbeggan)

Beaten a head in Kilbeggan's Midlands National a year ago, the Nigel Slevin-trained ten-year-old was a first-fence faller on his most recent start at Roscommon, but Robbie Colgan's mount can prove the value in this year's race.

The Raceform Interactive nugget
