Festival fifth Pylonthepressure can put rivals to the sword at Tramore
There is a minimum Tote Pick 6 guarantee of €50,000 for Sunday's Tramore fixture, where seven runners are set to line up in the feature 2m5f chase (3.25).
Willie Mullins' sole representative on the card is Pylonthepressure, who is likely to take some stopping off the back of his fifth-placed effort in the National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham.
This represents a serious drop in grade and he should have too much class for his rivals, while High Nellie, a good winner at Cork last time, could be worth including in case the likely favourite fluffs his lines.
Local trainer John Kiely holds the key to the mares' maiden hurdle (1.50) with Decision Time, while Aherlow looks to have been provided a good opportunity to get his head in front in the maiden hurdle (2.20) for Henry de Bromhead, who also runs Monatomic.
Ronald Pump and Jefferson Davis make most appeal in the 2m5f handicap hurdle (2.55), and Cappacurry Zak has what it takes to win the 2m5f handicap chase.
Analyse That, a recent winner over hurdles, who is 8lb lower over fences, may take advantage in the 2m handicap chase (4.35). Mindsmadeup is also interesting.
