Dance Teacher makes her seasonal debut and is top-rated, along with Florenza, on RPRsfor this seven furlong contest. She is back down to her last winning mark of 81 and has Silvestre de Sousa returning to the saddle for the first time since that win. De Sousa has a 100 per cent record on the mare, which should boost her chances.
Angle: first-time gelded
Basilisk ran only once as a two-year-old, finishing last but one in a Kempton novice event. He has been gelded since, and trainer Roger Charlton has a good record with horses running for the first time since the operation, boasting a 24 per cent strike-rate with said runners.
