Cristian Romero is ruled out and Giovani Lo Celso is a doubt. Oliver Skipp serves a one-game ban.
Patrick Bamford and Luke Ayling are still unavailable but Junior Firpo and Jamie Shackleton return to contention.
Antonio Conte has warned that it will take time to turn around Tottenham's fortunes but Sunday's fixture against Leeds, his first Premier League home game with the Lilywhites, is a special occasion and it should yield three points for the home side.
There has been plenty of speculation over Conte's potential plans for the January window but he has some good raw materials to work with, including Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, who would walk into the majority of top flight starting line-ups.
Son has been Tottenham's stand-out player, delivering four league goals and one assist, while Kane has been less prominent, prompting suggestions that he has struggled to come to terms with missing out on a move to Manchester City.
However, Kane leapt to fifth to joint-third on the all time England scoring charts after his seven-goal contribution to the wins over Albania and San Marino and his international exploits could act as the trigger for an improvement in domestic fortunes.
Leeds will be aware of the threat posed by a confident Kane but are not the sort of side to make special plans for opposition players and their bold, high-pressing style could play into Tottenham's hands.
Marcelo Bielsa's side are unbeaten in three matches but approached the weekend just three points above the relegation zone and have a dangerous period coming up because five of their next eight games are against big-six opposition.
Their injury problems have eased over the last fortnight with Junior Firpo and Jamie Shackleton returning to contention but star striker Patrick Bamford is not ready to feature and his ongoing absence may explain why Leeds's 11-goal tally is five fewer than the 16 amassed by the same stage of last season.
Raphinha has taken up some of the slack with five goals in ten appearances and will be the main threat to a Spurs defence weakened by the absence of injured centre-back Cristian Romero.
However, the rest of the Leeds attack have been largely out of sorts and if Raphinha is contained Spurs will have one foot in the winners enclosure.
Tottenham could be a little unbalanced in midfield with Oliver Skipp serving a suspension but there are already signs that the players are taking on board the advice of Conte, who wants them to be much tougher to beat.
The Londoners looked the stronger side towards the end of a 0-0 draw at Everton a fortnight ago and if they are as competitive and organised against Leeds, the quality of Kane and Son should give them the edge.
