T20 star Babar Azam can lead the line for Pakistan
New Zealand strong favourites to keep winning run going
Sky Sports Cricket & Mix, 6am Thursday
Pakistan have suffered six consecutive defeats on their tour of New Zealand (losing the ODI series 5-0 and trailing 1-0 in the T20 series) and are unlikely to turn things around in tomorrow morning's T20 contest in Auckland.
New Zealand opened up the three-match T20 series with a comfortable seven-wicket success in bowler-friendly conditions in Wellington on Monday, dismissing the tourists for 105 and reaching the target with four overs and one ball to spare.
The result was never in much doubt from the moment Pakistan were reduced to 38-6 and, if the tourists are to have any chance of a better outcome at Eden Park, they will need more discipline from their batsmen.
Babar Azam was the only Pakistan batsman to emerge with credit from the first T20 - making a controlled 41 from 41 balls - and he could be a shining light once again.
The classy 23-year-old had a poor ODI series but averages 46.27 in T20 cricket.
