Swindon should get at least a draw at Accrington

Swindon manager David Flitcroft

From 7.45pm Tuesday

Swindon had mixed feelings after battling to a 2-2 draw at Lincoln on Saturday, and a draw is the least they should expect from their trip to Accrington.

The Robins are the away-day kings of Sky Bet League Two – they have won ten of their 15 away games.

They would have feared defeat at Sincil Bank after losing a goal and a man early on, but despite playing for 70 minutes with ten men they managed to come away with a precious point.

Now they face an equally arduous assignment at another bunch of highflyers, Accrington, but having already bolted up at Luton and Mansfield, David Flitcroft’s side have nothing to fear.

Stanley have had to come from two goals down against Port Vale and Stevenage in each of their last two home games to win 3-2. If they give Swindon a two-goal lead, however, the outcome could be very different.

There are two non-televised FA Cup fourth-round replays on Tuesday with shock potential. Birmingham have got to fancy their chances at home to Huddersfield, who are freefalling down the Premier League. In the other tie, League One strugglers Rochdale entertain Millwall, who are unbeaten in six.
