Reds may struggle to pull away
Blues have scoring edge to stay close to Canes
Reds v Kings
Sky Sports 2, 6.05am Saturday
The Southern Kings ran in six tries in a narrow defeat to the Force last time out but are 16-point underdogs against a Queensland Reds side without a win since round one.
That victory was in Brisbane, where they have also suffered a last-gasp reverse against the table-topping Crusaders and been well beaten by the Hurricanes.
The Reds have lacked a scoring edge – only the Rebels have a worse tally than their 114 points – and although they welcome back playmaker Quade Cooper from suspension as well as full-back Karmichael Hunt, they may struggle to clear the big handicap.

Blues v Hurricanes
Sky Sports 2, 8.35am Saturday
The Wellington Hurricanes have won their last four clashes with New Zealand rivals the Auckland Blues and they are six-point favourites to gain their sixth win in seven outings this year.
The Canes boast the highest try tally in Super Rugby with 44, although more than half of those came in their opening two fixtures against two of the poorest teams, the Sunwolves and Rebels.
This could be a high-scoring encounter against a Blues team who have failed to fire only in a rain-drenched clash with the Highlanders, and they can stay on the Hurricanes’ tails.
