Stenson gains early advantage over market rival
Noren fails to follow up BMW fireworks

Henrik Stenson edged his fellow Swede Alexander Noren by two shots in the first round of the Nordea Masters, the Open champion carding a level-par 73 while Sunday's BMW PGA Championship winner spluttered to a 75.
Stenson and Noren, 5-1 and 7-1 respectively ante-post, struggled to justify their market leadership on a cold, breezy morning at the Barseback Club, Malmo, and both were a long way from the lead after round one.
Italian youngster Renato Paratore set the early pace, firing a five-under-par 68 which included an eagle and five birdies. Paratore was available at 150-1 on tournament eve, but the power-packed European Tour maiden was slashed to 18-1 after his excellent start. Stenson was eased to 11-2.
Second-round threeball punters are pointed towards Benjamin Hebert (12.50pm), who impressed in round one and can account for Oliver Fisher and Richard Bland for the second day running. Stenson, Noren and defending champion Matthew Fitzpatrick tee off at 12.10pm.
