Southampton value to build on Arsenal success at Huddersfield
Terriers have lost all four matches this month
Ralph Hassenhuttl led Southampton to their first win since the opening day of September in only his second game in charge as the Saints stunned Arsenal last week and they could follow up against Huddersfield.
The Austrian was clearly thrilled with the victory against the Gunners and the performance will have given him plenty of reasons to be optimistic as the south coast club fight for survival – they won the shot-on-target count 7-4 with striker Danny Ings showing his class with a double.
The Terriers earned their only home win against troubled Fulham at the beginning of November but they have lost all four matches in December and are finding goals hard to come by.

Steve Mounie could start after a three-game ban. Rajiv van La Parra is also back but Aaron Mooy, Danny Williams, Tommy Smith and Abdelhamid Sabiri are all sidelined.
Jack Stephens, Cedric Soares, Mario Lemina, Nathan Redmond and Michael Obafemi all face fitness tests and Ryan Bertrand is set to miss out.
Huddersfield have scored just three goals in nine home Premier League matches.
