Kyren Wilson could face a decent test against UK Championship fourth-round opponent Ben Woollaston, but the Warrior has generally been much more proactive on the baize than the Leicester cueman.

That may well see Wilson take the honours again but, make no mistake, Woollaston is a seriously talented performer when his game clicks.

The majority of markets offer little betting appeal but punters keen to have an interest in the last-16 action could consider backing Woollaston at 12-5 to compile at least one ton in the best-of-11-frames encounter.

He made three breaks in the 70s in his latest outing, a rather dour 6-4 victory over Liam Highfield, who blew a big chance to progress. However, prior to that, Woollaston had highest runs of 136 in a 6-3 victory over Masters champion Yan Bingtao and 118 in a 6-4 first-round triumph over Rory McLeod.

Ronnie O'Sullivan ought to beat Noppon Saengkham, who has been knocking on the door for a while now, and this is a wonderful chance for the Rocket to go close to adding another major title.

The problem is, the World Championship is the only tournament that is held in the highest regard by the players these days, so it's difficult to gauge how keen O'Sullivan will be to add to his big-tournament haul.

It's still early days, however, and the favourite should have enough in his armoury to survive the test posed by Thai ace Saengkham.
