A raft of players have understandably pulled out of the Gibraltar Open on the eve of the tournament, which sees the bigger names join battle on Friday, and world number one Judd Trump is the clear 2-1 favourite of those that remain.

With Neil Robertson, John Higgins, Mark Allen, Dave Gilbert, Stephen Maguire, Ali Carter and Graeme Dott having withdrawn from the event, Mark Selby is the clear second favourite and then it's 14-1 bar the two market leaders.

Defending champion Stuart Bingham is a 14-1 chance, but the best early support has been for Zhao Xintong, Sam Craigie and recent Shoot Out hero Michael Holt.

With Robertson and Higgins absent from the third quarter of the draw, that section may not now take much winning and this could be a golden chance for the consistent Jack Lisowski to set the record straight and go all the way to a title of note.
