Don?t be scared to back Baird

Sam Baird progressed nicely last season and he can continue on an upward curve when he takes on Jack Lisowski in the Indian Open early tomorrow morning.
Baird is a young potter with bags of potential and he showed all of his class when reaching the last 16 of the World Championship last term.
Mark Selby put an end to Baird’s run but the Devon star’s efforts in that match left no doubt that he is capable of mixing with the best.
