There's another cracking clash at the Coral Tour Championship on Monday as Mark Selby takes on Yan Bingtao.

It's difficult to weigh up Selby's chances this week. The Jester has claimed the English Open and Scottish Open titles this season, which would suggest he's capable of a good showing. However, Selby has managed to win just one match in the last two Betfred World Championships.

That inconsistency makes Selby a tough punting proposition but the three-time world champion looks to have been handed a kind draw.

Bingtao tasted victory in the Riga Masters and made the final of the Players Championship earlier this season. That has propped him up on the one-year rankings but there are plenty of poor performances on his card too.

If Selby produces anything like his best form, and there probably isn't a strong enough case to suggest he won't, he should be too strong for his Chinese opponent.

Backing a 9-6 victory for the Leicester potter at 7-1 could be the way to go.
