Ireland have the chance to seal a place in the quarter-finals of the Women's Rugby World Cup and it's one they should take with relative ease.

Both teams have made changes to their line-ups after last week's opening fixtures - Ireland beat Japan 42-14 while Spain went down 54-8 to New Zealand.

Spain defended strongly in the opening exchanges against the Black Ferns but there are nine changes to their line-up on Sunday and even a reshuffled Ireland side should still be a cut above.

Ireland had a strong campaign at last autumn's WXV, beating New Zealand on their way to a second-place finish, and they will have one eye on another crack at the Black Ferns next weekend.

Spain were winners in their section of WXV but against much weaker opposition, recording wins over Madagascar, the Netherlands and Fiji, and the much bigger gulf in class looks set to tell against Ireland.
