Week 16: Saturday's early Super Rugby match betting preview, tips & TV details
Reds v Jaguares | Chiefs v Crusaders | Sunwolves v Brumbies
Reds v Jaguares
Sky Sports Action, 10.45am Saturday
With the Reds out of the playoff running, bookmakers expect Jaguares to maintain focus in pursuit of top spot in the South African Conference and claim victory in Brisbane rather than relax in the knowledge that two home games to come should provide the necessary points for back-to-back post-season campaigns.
However, a hard-fought Jaguares success rather than a Suncorp stroll is the bet. Six of their eight wins this season have been single-figure margins including their tour triumphs over the last fortnight in Wellington against the Hurricanes and in Sydney against the Waratahs.
Both the Canes and Tahs are better teams than the Reds but six of the Queenslanders' eight defeats have been by 12 points or less and lively capped centres Samu Kerevi and Chris Feauai-Sautia return to a side that scrapped hard in defeat to the Chiefs in Hamilton last Friday.
Recommendation
Jaguares to win by one to 12

Chiefs v Crusaders
Sky Sports Action, 8.35am Saturday
The Chiefs with a start of 14 points from the table-topping Crusaders looks the wager in Suva.
Somehow, given their extensive injury list all season, the Chiefs can still sneak a playoff spot and while they are yet to enjoy a dazzling performance, they did win 45-22 against the Highlanders in Fiji's capital last year and their series with the champions at the National Stadium stands at 1-1.
Victory will secure top spot in the New Zealand Conference and top-seed status for the Crusaders. However, success in their final home game in a fortnight's time will also shut the door on the Canes and they have drawn two and edged out the Blues 19-11 in their last four matches.
Recommendation
Chiefs +14

Sunwolves v Brumbies
Sky Sports Action, 6.15am Saturday
The Brumbies are motoring towards taking top spot in the Australian Conference after a sluggish start to the season and they are unlikely to be halted in Tokyo.
Take them to give up 13 points to the Sunwolves, who by contrast are now suffering regularly after a bright start to the campaign.
The Sunwolves have conceded 52 points in each of their last two outings at the Prince Chichibu Memorial Stadium against the Rebels and Highlanders and scored just eight themselves. They also lost 33-0 in Canberra three weeks ago.
Recommendation
Brumbies -13
1pt 10-11 BoyleSports, Ladbrokes
