A single victory each is all Leicester and Sale have to shout about four matches into the Premiership season, and a glance at the table offers a big clue as to why.

Leicester, uncharacteristically, had conceded the most tries after four rounds with 21, while Sale were joint-second with 17.

The Sharks have faced two of the best attacks in the league in their last two matches, shipping four tries to Wasps last time and five at Exeter the week before.

But they also leaked six tries in the opening round to Harlequins, who lost their next three, while Leicester conceded six at home last week to a Worcester side who had looked toothless in the opening weeks.

The difference is that Leicester have at least been scoring them too, having garnered a try bonus point in the last three matches, while Sale have managed just seven this season.

Head coach Steve Diamond promised a couple of days of "old-school training" after Sale's defeat to Wasps, while the emphasis at Leicester will surely have been on shoring up the side after they fought back from a 37-11 deficit against Worcester to level the scores only to concede a late try.

Kyle Eastmond starts at inside centre having come off the bench just after half-time last week and his introduction seemed to galvanise the Tigers attack.

Sale struggled to get a foothold against the Wasps pack last week and a solid Leicester unit should set the foundation for a home win. The handicap is set at ten points, but the Tigers can cover that with a little to spare.

Recommendation
Leicester to win by 11 to 20 points
