Lyon v Gloucester

Where to watch

BT Sport 2, 1pm Sunday

Match preview

Gloucester have named a young team to take on Lyon in France and bookmakers have pushed out the handicap to 30 points following the team announcements.

Lyon won their last outing 62-10 at home to Bayonne but there are too many unknowns about both teams to get involved with a line of that magnitude.

Exeter v Glasgow

Where to watch

BT Sport 2, 3.15pm Sunday

Best bet

Sam Simmonds first tryscorer
1pt 6-1 Betfair, Paddy Power

Match preview

Exeter have hardly missed a beat since securing a domestic and Euroepan double last season, winning their first three games of the new campaign by by 30, 37 and 22 points, and scoring 16 tries to one.

They are 21-point favourites against a Glasgow side who have won just two of eight games in the Pro14 this term.

Heavy rain is forecast but that would just bring Exeter's unstoppable driving maul to the fore, and number eight Sam Simmonds, who has bagged six tries in three games, is sure to be in the thick of it again.

Racing 92 v Connacht

Where to watch

BT Sport 3, 3.15pm Sunday

Match preview

Last season's beaten finalists Racing have their star names in their backline for this opening clash including former Wallaby Kurtley Beale.

It's a huge task for Connacht, who are given an 18-point start. The Irish province faced to trips to France last season, losing 32-17 in Toulouse and 35-29 at Montpellier.

Munster v Harlequins

Where to watch

BT Sport 2, 5.30pm Sunday

Best bet

Munster to win by one to 12 points
1pt 17-10 Betfair

Match preview

Munster have had to endure life in Leinster's shadow over the last decade but they have started their Pro14 campaign with seven wins out of seven and should be too good for Harlequins.

A rainy forecast in Limerick looks likely to make it hard for Quins to get their expansive game going and should favour a physical Munster side, who can claim a narrow win.
