It's win or bust for the Castleford Tigers who must get a result against Warrington Wolves at the Jungle to have any hope of prolonging their Betfred Super League campaign.

The final round of the regular season is upon us and this fixture pits outgoing Cas coach Daryl Powell against his new employers for 2022 to add even more spice to this fixture.

The Tigers will be desperate to send Powell out on a high, while long-serving skipper Michael Shenton could also be saying his goodbyes after this game following his decision to retire at the end of the season.

Cas won't want them to depart just yet and can get the result they crave.

Warrington have third place in the bag and may already have one eye on next Friday's playoff eliminator - possibly against the Tigers - so may not be at full pelt for this contest.

Castleford have also been in slightly better nick of the two, winning four of their last six and they could have already qualified for the playoffs had they not let a lead slip at Hull KR last Saturday.

Paul McShane and props Liam Watts and Grant Millington could return for the home side and that could be enough to get them over the line.

The Jungle is likely to be rocking and a partisan crowd can help classy Cas cover a four-point handicap.
