After a one-year hiatus, Four Nations rugby league returns this evening as tournament favourites Australia take on Scotland.

The Aussies have won four of the seven Tri or Four Nations on offer since a regular post-season tournament was introduced in 2004 and are 8-13 to reclaim the title they lost to perennial rivals New Zealand two years ago.

An understrength Kangaroos lined up on that occasion but after declining to take part in international competition last season, they arrive in England in determined mood.
