Saturday's Betfred Super League predictions
Catalans Dragons vs Leigh Leopards predictions
Leigh Leopards edged past Catalans Dragons with a victory at Magic Weekend last month but things could be more comfortable in the Perpignan heat on Saturday.
The Leopards won that Super League contest 26-24 and things have gone from bad to worse for the French side since then.
Catalans have lost their four subsequent fixtures since that St James' Park loss, shipping an almighty 190 points and scoring just six in return.
Last week's 68-6 loss at Hull KR was as demoralising as the scoreline suggests, but at least they got on the scoresheet after three successive blanks.
Head coach Steve McNamara was sent packing after a 40-0 loss to St Helens the week after their defeat to Leigh in Newcastle, but things have got steadily worse and it is hard to see them getting anything out of Leigh this weekend.
The Leopards have won each of their last two outings by just four points against Wakefield and Huddersfield but things could be more comprehensive in the south of France despite forecast temperatures of around 30C.
Leigh have won their last four meetings with the Dragons and they look a solid bet to extend that sequence on Saturday.
Warrington Wolves vs Huddersfield Giants predictions
Huddersfield Giants pushed champions Wigan all the way last week in a 22-18 loss, and they can make life hard for Warrington Wolves too.
The Giants have won just one of 14 matches this term but they have managed to remain relatively competitive and their last two losses have been by only four points.
Warrington were hammered at Leeds last week and you never know what you are going to get from a Wolves side who have won six and lost eight matches this season.
Wire were beaten in the Challenge Cup final by Hull KR and they have won just two of their last eight league matches.
Despite having won their last seven meetings with Huddersfield, Warrington can't be trusted to increase that tally, so backing the Giants with 14-point start looks a good bet.
