Resurgent Denmark should dominate struggling Armenia
Armenia v Denmark
Sky Sports Football, 5pm Monday
Denmark have recovered strongly from a poor start in World Cup qualifying Group E and they can stay in the qualification hunt by posting a comfortable victory over Armenia in Yerevan.
After defeats in two of their first three matches of the campaign, the Danes had their backs to the wall.
But they have responded by taking ten points from their last four games and were hugely impressive 4-0 winners at home to Poland on Friday.
The victory lifted Denmark to within three points of leaders Poland but they remain in third place, behind Montenegro on goal difference.
Only three points will do against the Armenians, who are second-bottom and have lost five of their seven games.
Both of Armenia's victories have come at home but they have shipped 15 goals in the group and their dodgy defence could soon be exposed by the rampant Danes, who should have their noses in front by the interval.
Montenegro are coming under serious pressure in the battle for a top-two finish but they can hold their nerve and achieve a crucial victory over Romania in Podgorica.
The situation is getting desperate for fourth-placed Romania, who have fallen four points behind Montenegro and Denmark.
Romania need to go for the win but an open game could suit Montenegro and, in particular, their star player Stevan Jovetic, who has bagged six goals in the campaign.
