Red-hot Wilson can continue to sparkle against the Pistol
Northern Ireland potter may not deny Kettering cueman

Mark Allen is edging favouritism for his World Open semi-final clash in Yushan, but bookmakers may not have fully factored in the blistering form of his opponent Kyren Wilson.
After seeing Mark Williams open with a break of 121, the Kettering ace answered with successive runs of 102, 127, 71 and 135 to down the in-form Welshman 5-1 in China on Friday and a repeat of that form would make Wilson hard to live with.
Northern Ireland ace Allen, a 5-1 victor against John Higgins' conqueror David Gilbert in the last eight (high break of 62), performed better in Yushan when pipping Neil Robertson in the last 16 with runs of 105, 75 and 71. But the Pistol may need to find even more against Wilson, one of the best young players in the game.
Luca Brecel continues to impress and the Belgian will play Chinese number one Ding Junhui after hanging on to beat Anthony McGill 5-4 and progress to the semis. Ding defeated compatriot Li Hang 5-3.
