Somerset look worth a wager to beat Sussex at Hove and continue their surge for a South Group quarter-final spot.
The second-placed Cidermen have won five of their last six matches, including Friday's ten-wicket victory over Essex when they kept the Eagles to 135 and raced to the target in the 12th over.
The one defeat was a ten-over thrash against Surrey when they were asked to bat after a rain-delayed start. They won the teams' sole meeting last year, an eight-over clash, by 32 runs on the DLS-method.
Fourth-placed Sussex got their own last-eight push back on track on Thursday with victory over lowly Middlesex at Lord's but the Sharks lost their previous two completed contests at the County Ground to Gloucestershire and Surrey.
Third-placed Gloucestershire are 11-10 to win at leaders Kent, fifth-placed Surrey are 8-13 to beat bottom-of-the-table and sixth-placed Glamorgan are evens to stay in the hunt with victory over Middlesex at Richmond. In the North Group, Birmingham Bears are 8-13 to beat stragglers Northants at Wantage Road.
