It has been a hard run of fixtures for Crystal Palace, who lost 3-2 against Arsenal on Thursday before holding Manchester City on Sunday, but at the prices it could be worth backing them to put in another strong effort by avoiding defeat at Southampton.

Saints don't find it easy to obtain victories - they have won just once in their last 12 games - and their lack of goalscoring options is pretty obvious with Charlie Austin sidelined.

Replacement striker Shane Long is without a goal since February and Palace's pace on the break could help them continue to pull away from relegation trouble.
