Lagergren set to provide plenty of cheers in Denmark
Swedish outsider can upset playing partners
Tournament starts 6.30am Thursday
Live on Sky Sports from 10am
Enormous galleries will be following the marquee afternoon threeball at the Himmerland Club as Made In Denmark favourite Thomas Pieters is joined by local hero Thorbjorn Olesen and Italian youngster Renato Paratore.
The Danes love their home event and turn out in their droves. The glamour group start their campaign at 12.20pm UK and Ireland time, with defending champion Pieters likely to edge Olesen. A better-value option, though, is the outsider in the 12.10pm contest.
Bookmakers have dismissed Joakim Lagergren against Richard Bland and Bradley Dredge, but the Swedish putting wizard is capable of being the leading light.
Lagergren opened with a 62 in this event last year and is well suited to the demands of Himmerland.
Recommendation
J Lagergren
1pt 11-5 general
