Jeunghun Wang can assert class in top Asian market
2016 Es Salam-winner has eight players to beat
Jeunghun Wang is one of only three course winners in the field at the Es Salam track in Rabat this week and the Korean can be fancied to assert his superiority in the Hassan Trophy top Asian market.
Wang produced short-game miracles to overcome Nacho Elvira in a thrilling duel for the 2016 title and is entitled to be shorter than 11-4 for top Asian at such a happy hunting ground. He started this year well, with 15th place in Abu Dhabi and sixth spot in Dubai, and can win a weak Hassan section despite his form dipping in more recent outings.
Wang has just eight players to beat – Yusaku Miyazato, Ashun Wu, Gavin Green, Thongchai Jaidee, Jinho Choi, Rak Cho, Soomin Lee and Phachara Khongwatmai.
Recommendation
J Wang top Asian
1pt 11-4 Betfair, Power
