Millwall v Sheffield United
Four top-flight teams have lost FA Cup ties at the Den in the last three seasons and Sheffield United could be the next casualties when they take on Millwall.
Millwall have reached two FA Cup quarter-finals in the last three seasons and are getting used to giving Premier League teams a tough time.
In the 2016-17 season – when they were a League One side - they registered FA Cup victories at home to Bournemouth (3-0), Watford (1-0) and Leicester (1-0).
Last season they were fourth-round winners at home to Everton, coming from 2-1 down to win 3-2 against a strong Toffees side who were desperate to do well in the competition.
This time the Londoners could face an easier challenge because Sheffield United's main focus is the Premier League.
They are having a fantastic season and are sitting comfortably in eighth, ten points above the relegation zone.
But Blades boss Chris Wilder is determined not to take his eye off the ball and suggested he will make at least two or three changes from his first-choice side.
Earlier this month the Blades scraped a 2-1 victory at home to National League strugglers AFC Fylde in FA Cup third round.
There are greater risks attached to using fringe players against Millwall, who are a strong Sky Bet Championship side on an excellent run of one defeat in 14 games.
Stoke City v Swansea City
Faltering West Brom and Leeds are offering plenty of encouragement to their rival clubs in the Sky Bet Championship promotion race, including seventh-placed Swansea who should secure at least a point at struggling Stoke.
The markets favour Stoke, who eased four points clear of the drop zone after winning 1-0 at West Brom on Monday.
The Potters have improved under Michael O'Neill, winning six of 13 league games since the Northern Irishman's appointment in November.
But they are far from the finished article and laboured to a 0-0 draw against Millwall in their last home game despite playing against ten men for the final ten minutes.
It was their second goalless draw in three home games, demonstrating an ongoing lack of incisiveness in attack.
Midfielder Sam Clucas is Stoke's top scorer with six league goals and better offensive players will need to be added if the Potters are to punch their weight in the division.
Acquiring game-changing players is not easy but Swansea have improved their goalscoring potential with the January loan signings of Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster and Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher.
Brewster demonstrated his quality with a superb finish in Swansea's 2-1 success at home to Wigan last Saturday, while the best is yet to come from Gallagher, who netted six goals during a five-month loan at Charlton.
The pair could have a huge impact for Swansea, who may finish the season strongly.
Leyton Orient v Newport County
Successive league wins have reignited Newport's Sky Bet League Two promotion push and the Welsh side look value to bank another three points when taking on lowly Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road.
Newport had been on a eight-match winless sequence before a confidence-boosting 2-1 success at Scunthorpe a fortnight ago.
They followed up with a well-deserved 2-0 victory at home to leaders Swindon last Saturday and approach the weekend with a spring in their step.
The same cannot be said of sixth-bottom Orient, who have won just one of their last 19 matches.
Ross Embleton's side have gone nine matches since their last home win and their chances of beating Newport are reduced by the absence of winger James Dayton, who starts a three-game suspension.
Mansfield Town v Bradford City
League Two strugglers Mansfield are performing well below expectations but they can give their long-suffering fans some cheer by defeating promotion-chasing Bradford at Field Mill.
The Stags have lost their last three games but looked a threat for large parts of last Saturday's 3-1 loss at Plymouth and may be ready to turn the corner.
They may have better luck against the Bantams, who have failed to win in four games and are without suspended striker James Vaughan.
Accumulator
West Ham 4-5, Gillingham 6-5, Fleetwood Evs, Forest Green 21-20. £1 accumulator returns £16.24 with Betfred.
First scorer
Sammie Szmodics (Peterborough v Rotherham)
1pt 12-1 general
Attacking midfielder Sammie Szmodics joined Peterborough on loan from Bristol City this month and can open his Posh account with a goal against Rotherham. Ivan Toney – League One's top scorer with 17 goals – should attract plenty of attention from the Millers' defenders, leaving space for Szmodics to influence the game.
