Nick Foles can help Philadelphia canter home
Raiders have had a disappointing season
Sky Sports Mix and Main Event 1.30am Christmas night
Minnesota's victory in Green Bay on Saturday night means Philadelphia still have work to do to claim the NFC top seeding.
But victory over Oakland will be enough for them to clinch home advantage throughout the playoffs.
The Eagles came through their first game without quarterback Carson Wentz with no problems at all on offence as replacement Nick Foles threw four touchdown passes and no interceptions, weakening the case of those who had prematurely touted Wentz for the league’s MVP award.
Their defence let the side down against the Giants, however, and although they won 34-29, the Eagles have conceded 88 points in their last three games after giving up less than 18 per outing before.
The Raiders have gone 4-8 since winning their first two games and have been one of the bigger disappointments of the season. Their playoff hopes should be officially over after this game.
