Tennessee have managed to hang on to a two-game lead in the AFC South despite losing offensive superstar Derrick Henry to a mid-season injury. But they know they can’t afford more more slip-ups with a solid Indianapolis team waiting to pounce on any mistakes.

In contrast, Pittsburgh's season appears to be approaching a crisis point as they have slipped to last place in a competitive AFC North division with a 6-6-1 record, scraping together only one win, a tie against the lowly Lions, and three defeats in their last five games.

The Titans should have the quality to make that record even worse, although the home team are getting some defensive reinforcements this week.

The Steelers’ sole win in the last month came via a late rally against Baltimore after they had scored just three points in the first three quarters. They have not looked like a team to have much trust in this season, as shown by their 5-8 record against the handicap.

The Titans had their own dip in form after an 8-2 start, losing to Houston and New England, but they came back from their bye with a solid 20-0 win over Jacksonville that should have restored some confidence.

Wide receiver Julio Jones made his return from injury in that game and should be sharper this week. Take Tennessee to win on the road
