The Tennessee Titans and Philadelphia Eagles look assured to feature in this year’s postseason and both teams will look to prove their Super Bowl credentials when they do battle on Sunday.

The Eagles have just one defeat to their name this season but Tennessee should be able to at least push them all the way.

The Titans fell to the Bengals last week but their defence looked razor-sharp in that game as they held Joe Burrow to just 20 points and allowed Cincinnati to convert on third down just five times in 14 attempts.

On offence, Ryan Tannehill looked solid while Derrick Henry continues to be an absolute powerhouse on the ground.

It was just a second loss in their last nine games for Tennessee, and although a trip to face the 10-1 Eagles is a daunting prospect, it is a challenge they have the ability to overcome.

Philly soared through the first half of the season but have started to show some vulnerability. In the past three weeks, they have fallen to the Commanders, beat a struggling Colts team by one point and just about held on to beat the Packers after Aaron Rodgers was forced to exit.

The Eagles took advantage of Green Bay’s weak run-defence in that last game, but are unlikely to have such a great time against a Titans team who are allowing the third-fewest rushing yards per game in the league.

With such a dominant running back in Henry and a strong defence, expect the Titans to keep things close enough to stay within a 5.5-point handicap.
