NFC West rivals Arizona and San Francisco have each won just one of their four matches this season but while that’s exactly what was anticipated for the 49ers, the Cardinals’ travails have been quite a surprise.

Arizona have been one of the nearly teams in the NFL in the last couple of seasons – they lost to Carolina in the NFC Championship game last season – and, with strength on both sides of the ball, they were expected to make another bold bid this term.
